I know I’m not extremely overweight, or really overweight at all, I’m more chubby. The reason why I want to lose weight, have a flat tummy etc… is because I wasn’t always like this. Up until I was 15 I was skinny. After my dad passed away I didn’t want to go on antidepressants and chose to self-medicate with food. I’ve been losing weight gradually, keeping this blog is a medium for me to be able to keep track of my progress and motivate myself. I’m against pro-ana/pro-bulimia, having studied psychology even at just a high school level gives me a clear understanding of eating disorders, and I know how serious they are.
I want to lose weight the healthy way, changing eating habits and excessing. My goal weight is 100pounds, so to lose 26 pounds.
